Bob Holmes has been a professional photographer for over 30 years.

Ansel Adams invited him to California in 1977 and he moved here to live in Marin in 1979.   His first major assignment in 1980 was to Northern Pakistan for National Geographic magazine and he has since traveled the world on assignment for dozens of magazines and to illustrate over 50 books.

The Society of American Travel Writers has given him their Travel Photographer of the Year award three times.

Over his 30+ year career he has learned not just to look but to see.  In this presentation Bob will share his methods that he considers fundamental to becoming a better photographer whether you use an iPhone or $5,000 DSLR.
